MFA will make payments directly to landlords, servicers, escrow companies and other housing providers on behalf of eligible applicants to cover rental, mortgage, real estate contract or mobile/manufacture home payments. Recipients can expect as much as $1,500 per month for up to three consecutive months applied to be applied to their accounts. The grant does not need to be repaid.
Applications will be ranked based the date and time the application was received. Current housing cost documentation will be required. Applications will be received until further notice.
